Buyers rely on such information at their own risk. By uploading content to Pulse, you grant Maxil Systems Pty Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and share such content specifically as directed by your privacy settings and interactions within the portal.

4. Pulse - Marketplace Interactions

Maxil Systems Pty Ltd acts only as a facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between buyers and sellers using Pulse.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any third-party data they access via Pulse. Maxil Systems Pty Ltd is not liable for any unauthorised disclosure of compliance data by a user who was granted access by the data owner.

5. Paid Accounts

Payment and Billing: When purchasing Services, you agree to provide accurate billing details, including a valid payment method. For ongoing subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal period until cancellation. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In case of payment failure, Maxil Systems Pty Ltd may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is received.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for payments already made, except as required by law.

Pricing Changes: We may change our prices periodically. In the event of a price increase, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. The new pricing will take effect upon your next renewal.

6. Account Security

Nature of Data: Pulse displays summary information regarding third-party certifications (e.g., certificate numbers, expiry dates, and scope). Maxil Systems Pty Ltd does not store full audit reports, sensitive internal controls, or regulated health data.

No Endorsement: The inclusion of a Pulse profile does not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee that a provider is currently compliant with any specific regulatory framework.

Due Diligence: Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence. Maxil Systems Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any business decisions made, or contracts entered into, based on the summary data provided within the Pulse portal.
